Program #1 High School Open Doors:
WHO: Any youth within the grades of 9-12. This is a program open for both homeschooled and public school aged youth.
WHAT: This program offers a free location for the youth to be at that provides a safe place, under the watchful eye of trained Youth Workers & adult volunteers. Youth are free to engage in activities the Drop Zone has to offer, which includes free access to table games, (pool & table tennis), video games (Super Smash Bro's, Mario Kart, NBA games, NHL games, Fortnite, & Rocket League), board games, and an outside basketball court. We also have a cash-only canteen available that serves pop, popcorn, chips, ramen, pizza pops, mini pizza's, coffee, and more! During this time, the trained Youth Workers and adult volunteers cater Christ-centered relationships with youth, encourage good behavior, and watch out for any negligence, bullying, or unacceptable behavior.

WHEN: This program is open Monday-Friday, from 10:10am-3:45pm.
WHY: We believe in reaching the youth, and passing on the Good Message of Jesus Christ. Youth have value, and they matter in this world, and it is our mission for them to hear that message, and to walk in relationship with Christ. We also believe in providing a safe space for ALL youth (believer, non-believer, home-schooled, public schooled, etc.), and want to showcase to them what it means to be a valuable part of society and their community by actively teaching responsibilities, kindness, social skills, and overall good behavior.
Program #2: High School Lunch Program:
WHO: Any youth within the grades of 9-12. This is a program open for both homeschooled and public school aged youth.
WHAT: This program runs during the same time as the "High School Open Doors" program, and during this time, the Grunthal Drop Zone shifts from a calmer environment, to a higher energy place with a cash-only canteen that serves pop, popcorn, chips, ramen, pizza pops, mini pizza's, coffee, and more! We will also be slowly incorporating a FREE hot meal 1x a week for all youth, so stay tuned for details about that!

WHEN: This program is open Monday-Friday, from 12:20pm-1:30pm.
WHY: An important part of our mission to make the youth feel at home, and comfortable in our environment. We do this by trying our best to fulfill their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. Our philosophy is based on Matthew 25: 35 & 40. We believe in reaching the youth, and passing on the Good Message of Jesus Christ. Youth have value, and they matter in this world, and it is our mission for them to hear that message, and to walk in relationship with Christ. We also believe in providing a safe space for ALL youth (believer, non-believer, home-schooled, public schooled, etc.), and want to showcase to them what it means to be a valuable part of society and their community by actively teaching responsibilities, kindness, social skills, and overall good behavior.
Program #3: "Rooted" Bible Study:
WHO: Any youth within the grades of 9-12. This is a program open for both homeschooled and public school aged youth.
WHAT: The Rooted Bible Study is a weekly program run by The Grunthal Drop Zone that allows the students to take in different Bible teachings. We aim to help the youth create a firm foundation to base their faith on as they grow up. Each session will focus on a specific topic with a Biblical backing, or focusing one a specific passage of the Bible.
WHERE: This program operates inside the Drop Zone building, at 160 Park Street, Grunthal.
WHEN: This program operates every Wednesday evening, from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
WHY: We want students and youth grow in their faith and become rooted in God's Word. We want to create a space where people can learn about who God is, build their own faith that is tangible and real, as well as to create a space where they are encouraged to live it out in their everyday lives. It is more than just learning, it's about lasting change and spiritual growth for all who get involved.
