STEP #1: Choose Your Rental Package:
Package #1: “The Active Package” (Gymnasium Only) **CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE**
$100 for the first hour.
+$75 / hour for any consecutive hours.
Cleaning Fee: $50.
Damage Deposit: $100 (refundable).

STEP #2: Submit A Rental Request:

Complete our online Rental Request Form by clicking the green button titled "Click Here For A Rental Request".
Submitting a request does not guarantee your booking. We'll first confirm that your requested date and time are available. |
STEP #3: Wait For Confirmation:
Our team will review your request and check our rental calendar. If your requested time is available, we'll send you:
Your Rental Agreement,
An invoice outlining your rental fees,
Payment instructions.
Please print out and sign these documents prior to your event. Your rental is officially confirmed only after we receive the signed Rental Agreement and full payment.

STEP #4: Pay Your Invoice:
Before your rental date, payment must be made in full.
We accept payment in the forms of cash / cheque (dropped off in person during operational hours), or via e-transfers to [email protected].
Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed!

STEP #5: Receive Your Access Information:
Using the email you provided upon your rental request, The Grunthal Drop Zone will send you instructions for accessing the building, including:
Your assigned lockbox for the Drop Zone entrance key.
Your access code for the entrance key.
Instructions for locking and securing the facility when you leave.
Please keep your access code confidential.
