We believe that everyone who comes into our drop in centre is created by God. We want everyone to know about Jesus and to be known by Him. Our focus is to build a relationship with everyone who comes into our doors and to lift them up and encourage them in who Christ says we are.

VALUE STUDENTS The Drop Zone VALUES every person that walks into the building. We show respect and affirmation of people's individuality and unique qualities. Value looks past where people are at in life, and where their struggles lie. SUPPORT POTENTIAL SUPPORT is the recognition of potential. Whether it is or is not seen by each individual. We work at building up and giving insight to their characters. This can help young teens grow into healthy adults regardless of life circumstances SHARE CHRIST We want to SHARE always, Christ's ever redeeming love. Accomplished through words and actions by each individual that interacts with the teens. |
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
WE BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE To be the inspired, infallible, authoritative word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16) WE BELIEVE THAT THERE IS ONE GOD Eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (John1:1; Colossians 1:15-20) WE BELIEVE IN THE DEITY OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST In His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His victorious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to power and glory. (Philippians 2:5-11) WE BELIEVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT We believe that, for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (John 16:7-14) WE BELIEVE IN AN ETERNAL HELL AND HEAVEN A place of punishment prepared for Satan and his rebelling angels, and all those who reject Jesus Christ as Son of God, as Saviour and Lord. We believe in an eternal Heaven, a place of reward and rejoicing prepared by the Lord Jesus Christ for all believers. (Revelation 20:1; Philippians 1:21-25) WE BELIEVE IN THE CHURCH Which is the spiritual unity of all believers in Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:1-7) |
